Here’s a story that’s a little bit dated, back in April of 2016, where the Kansas Supreme Court ruled that the registry was punitive in 3 cases, and later on the same day, that it was not. Confused? Me too. However, for a few lucky people, they were removed from the registry as they should have been. It’s hard to see this as progress, but it is. Each little crack opens up a little more daylight.
