     Well I think the only way to get rid of the sex offender registry. Have every Supreme Court Judge and every Governor from each state and half of the legislature’s register on the Sex Offender Registry for 1 year with all the same information as SO & Follow all the same laws and nobody go easy on them, after 1yr then have them tell us if it’s a punishment or not. That’s after the SO’s have completed jail or prison time plus probation and paid the fine .
